- Representing Resolution Professional of a major steel manufacturer before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and Supreme Court of India from the initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) till after the approval of resolution plan by Adjudicating Authority | Issues include—hierarchical priority of financial creditors, related party status of resolution applicants, adequacy of resolution amount etc.
- Representing Resolution Professional of a corporation involved in slurry pipeline operations before the NCLAT in appeals filed by financial creditors as well as unsuccessful resolution applicants | Issues include — investors and related parties as financial creditors, priority of disbursement of funds to creditors, scope of Committee of Creditors’ (CoC) discretion etc.
- Representing the Operational Creditor before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Jaipur in its application for initiating CIRP against its debtor for failure to repay operational debt
- Successfully represented the CoC in an unsuccessful resolution applicant’s appeal before the NCLAT against rejection of the applicant’s plan by the CoC.
- Representing an operational creditor of a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) before the NCLT, Delhi and NCLAT in respect of the CIRP underway of the PSU.
- Represented the Resolution Professional before NCLT, Delhi in withdrawal applications following settlement of the disputed debts.
